Rent Auto Vicente, Lda. processes your personal data to provide the mobility services you book. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

Booking data (name, email, phone, optional tax ID), driving documents for rentals, and technical site-usage data (with your consent, in the case of analytics tools).

2. Purposes

Managing bookings and payments, service communication (confirmations, reminders, payment recovery), tax and legal obligations, and service improvement.

3. Sharing

We share data only with providers necessary for the service: payment processors (Vinti4, PayPal), email delivery (Resend), infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel) and error monitoring (Sentry). We do not sell data.

4. Retention

We keep data for as long as needed for the contractual relationship and legal obligations (notably tax). You may request deletion of data not subject to legal retention.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. To exercise them, write to info@carvicente.cv. We reply within 30 days.
